8/11/25 Made a better system for the camera. It no longer gets broken if you move the mouse quickly. In addition, I added a pixel art shader in which i can change the number of pixels it aims for as well as the number of colors per channel of RGB. Lastly, i created a crosshair and a raycast that detects things in range, which will be the basis for shooting and picking up and such.

8/9/25 Created the base movement, collision, and camera. Then, added the basic state machine (currently has walk, sprint, crouch, idle, and standing states). Next will be adding logic for crouching and hopefully a grapple.

Game

Im unsure the theme of this game yet, but it will be a movement game built in godot, possibly multiplayer.

7/25/25 Created new UI stuff and finished game. Added some timers and made it overall better.

7/24/25 Created the base game, logic, and graphics. Just need to add the updating stats, clean it up a bit, and export. (There are animations, but i cant record it right now)

7/14/25 Final devlog, scrapped the idea of using email. Instead, it just gives it to you right then and there whenever you want. Changed the background to a calmer color and moved all the files to nest. AI usage: none

7/10/25 Working on setting up something to take data from the database and send an email. Getting close though. AI USAGE - I used it to generate a bunch of kind phrases.

7/7/25 Set up the basics, got onto the nest server, (im editing on a localhost but i will swap over later), and created a database for all the emails and names to go to.

Lil epilepsy warning :/. trying to make a function to create cubes where the mouse clicks, however, it is having issues :(. Almost there tho

Made a complete cube and FINALLY figured out all the texcoords for a texture to be properly mapped to all the sides. Also had to add more vertices in order to do the texture

Made stuff 3D, tried (very hard) to render a cube, but there are still quite a few errors with texture mapping and some indices. Also made it spin

Learned how to make textures, and more info about VBO VAO and EBOs.

Added a gradient with shaders and figured out how to use uniforms to scale it up.

Figured out how to do slightly more complex shapes the most optimal (reusing points), as well as did a lot of organizing of the code into shaderclasses to make it easier later.

The time lies btw, its been closer to 50 minutes not seven, but I did make a orange triangle show up in the screen.

Worked out some weird kinks with the hackatime/wakatime counting time for Visual Studio 2022. Also built a blue popup.

Grav

A gravity simulation built in openGL. This project does not use GLUT. Tweak different values and see how the simulation changes. Very simple, use WASD to move around
