Realzzy

Made some improvement on codebase (refactoring is insane)
and added some commands for bot info and latency test.
(Also, i think its enough for now to ship the discord bot, telegram version might come soon or later.)

Now added options to install as user and server apps!
Note: For those who already installed the bot to your server, if you noticed commands didnt work, restart your discord client or reinvite the bot.

First devlog! (kinda late tbh)
Got the main functionality working for first demo after spending hours fixing tons of bugs.
