Timeline
Made some improvement on codebase (refactoring is insane)
and added some commands for bot info and latency test.
(Also, i think its enough for now to ship the discord bot, telegram version might come soon or later.)
Now added options to install as user and server apps!
Note: For those who already installed the bot to your server, if you noticed commands didnt work, restart your discord client or reinvite the bot.
