-tryna get weapon rotation to work
-got this after many interations

-fixed collision bugs
-bullets can now destroy body segments
-added splat effect

-various bug fixes
-bullets can destroy body segments (still buggy)
-bullets are now removed on collision and after exiting screen

-bullets/head done, body collisions still need work

-using point collision wasn't very accurate
-finally figured out how rectangular collisions work
-started on implementation for collisions between actual entities but a lot more to be done
