Removed the navigation header from the Home page and implemented one that doesn't show on the lock screen.

Refactored custom tracker and substance tracking abilities. Fixed NuberField and SubstanceDecayGraph(again?!). Now you can create your own substance trackers.

Compiled and added readme and requirements.txt

Split main logic into smallar functions

Refactored key file search logic to dynamically find external devices and added support for multiple file inputs on the command line arguments.

Remembered my old code and added robust error handling for file operations
