Finally got support for every type of link supported by cobalt.
fully works now, but i only have it set to work for youtube links. up next will be support for more platforms, plus maybe better abuse prevention.
it now works in its most basic capacity, still a lot of work to do tho

finally got it dockerized and deployed, ill do some re-writing, then finally ship it
