remade laptops database so it is better

finally filters work properly on laptops

havent made any frontend progress, but there are more devices in the database

Completely redesigned homepage bc someone told me it was not good. I'm going to work on the backend for the next while

Made significant progress redisinging the homepage, because somebody told me the old one was really bad

I have worked on this before the summer thing, so there is already lots of progress. Currently working on some bugs, and creating databases. Currently only Laptops works at all, and filters don't work there yet
