Worked on test making today, as well as writing notes to aid with the creating of fightd. Finally, the main part of the game will actually exist. I dubbed the enemy AS for artificial stupidity, as its decision making skills will be severely handicapped
I polished up Games.py for most of my session today, and have added two new operators, Bulwark and Vortex. I have also decided to start using pytest, so a tests folder has appeared on the project.
My only progress has been note taking, but it is getting to a stage where my project is gaining some weight. My hope is for progress to snowball, but I'm happy with what I've got
I mainly worked on my notes today, but got some valuable testing completed
Created the main home menu, which is likely to stay untouched. I've made two basic operators, with basic stats which will be kept until a playable state has been reaches. Work has started on the games but I have hit a blockade and will need to put in uncounted time to plan a way around this. Project Besiegement (as it will now be known) Is underway!
I love R6 Siege, and am hoping to try and recreate this, entirely text based, in python. I sometimes use AI for dialogue or to teach me about new concepts.
This was widely regarded as a great move by everyone.
