fix issues with iPads and Touch interaction

Got the Equalizer fully working and created new icons for the EQ Cell Types

Got Inputting to work, also added all the parameters in a detailed channel view

Started with creating a UI and the python script to send Audio VU Meter and Parameter Data to UI.
Changing Values in the Web UI does not work yet.
