Final this project is completed it took more than a week to complete this project but the UI improvement took alot of time.
Now the whole project is working as expected in future I'll surely improve the sound system as I wasn't able to make that any better but hopefully I'll ship an update in future to this project specially cause it's a special one for me.
Plus I've changed the project name from chess master to chess space and reverted the board to its original colour.
Add the chess pieces images previous I was using unicode symbols which was causing it to appear different on different devices.
Now it's all fixed I've changed the board to a darker theme maybe I'll change it to default
The copy room code button wasn't working and it used to generate alphanumeric code. I've fixed that and now copy button is working and now it only generates only number.
Next:
1. Add proper chess images.
2.fix sound make it sync
About previous devlog:
I forgot to mention that I added a move history panel in which we can see all our moves and we can even see the history along with reply and go through all the moves one by one
One of the worst mistake I've ever made.
I thought to change the whole UI slowly but I didn't realise I broke everything and needed to do so many things I did before.
I feel so burden rn
I didn't even posted a devlog because of it cause I just felt like it would be very downgrade if I posted any devlog about that UI. But after hours of continuous thinking and grinding I've got what we wanted. A complete new game UI.
Finally this project is done and done.
The multiplayer mode is working and it's working smoothly I've played with friends.
And they recommended me something that I haven't thought of before to add a move list and to restructure the UI of in game.
Will do that now.
Finally implemented the multiplayer option it was very confusing for me to figure out how to do this and all but as of now players can connect but the moves aren't reflecting on the other side will fix that asap
Now most of the things are working and needed to complete redesign the board.
And now the resign, flip board and draw buttons are working as expected.
Now just need to implement to online play and then it's done and done
Finally it's done and done.
Had lots of trouble figuring it out how to implement models and hugging face and how to make it workout in the end.
Used cloudflare tunnel to reverse search image the best idea i would say.
It's ready to be uploaded but it requires quite power to run it in performance. I've been trying to run it on nest but I keep getting into one error or another hopefully I'll ship this project in the end cause I'll host it on my computer for a while.
Completed working on most of the design just need to fix the game boardsize and make it better for all devices.
Need to add a dark theme
Ai and local are working
But it has 3 buttons draw, resign and clipboard
These 3 buttons aren't working rn will fix this asap
And will add a multiplayer option need to work on heavy backend asap
I've been working on this chess project for a while now but this chess game is going to be the one of the cleanest chess web game.
I don't have any image to upload of my project cause I'm uploading it from my mobile rn but surely in next devlog you'll know what's in that
Chess Space. A chess platform where you can play against AI, LOCAL AND MULTIPLAYER. It has loads of features one of my favourite being the reply button where you can watch all the moves in a go.
Started working on backend and created core functions just need to import the models now.
I finally figured out how to make the reverse image search work. Yandex, bing and tineye are working but don't know why google isn't working...will figure it out somehow
Completed designing the whole frontend and now just the backend part remains.
I don't know how I can make those reverse image search as of now but will probably do something cause google is there for everything
Completed designing the frontend along the way thought of adding face detection and add that to the backend list. Just need to fix the something in the frontend and add all the different panels and frontend will be completed.
I've already decided what to use in the backend so that will be quick but I'm doing it for the first time so I think it will take sometime maybe I need to disable tracker and do some task
So I've started working on my image forensic project in which we can detect if an image is ai generated, tempered and it's meta data.
For backend I'll be using python and for frontend I'll be using react and typescript.
Image Forensic where we can check if an image is an ai generated, tampered, image info along with reverse image search.
Completed working on the whole project added favicon and readme and tested everything
Added mobile support tried to make it better, tried many things like scroll and all but in the I had to go with button and made screen better for laptop, tiles was the hardest part for both laptop and mobile
Almost forgot that I needed to upload devlog i remember I added to post a devlog on todo list but I forgot that.
But in this infinite jumper project I've completed almost each and everything in this game we have to jump between platform there are 3 different platforms one is normal, second is moving platform, third is the one that breaks after we jumps from it and last one is boost platform which boost our jump.
The hardest part for me was to design the best ball(player) i started with just a blue ball that slowly started changing it and kept getting new design and improvement everytime.
Next up:
1. Make it better for mobile cause in laptop it's perfect but for mobile I need to resize the tiles and make the ui better responsive.
2. Try to add sound it would be way better if it had sound too but don't know what kind of sound to use as of now.
Sorry for my late devlog
Infinite Jumper is a fun and fast-paced jumping game where you climb higher by bouncing on all kinds of wild platforms. Simple to play, hard to put down and there’s a surprise waiting at level 10!
Finally completed working on my best designed and no updates needed project.
I had to disable my hackatime cause it was taking lots of time cause I had to do things again and again... But I've finally added notes, pause and restart button plus it's now responsive it's the perfect app rn. Along this project I've learned a new thing it blurs the board and show paused text i didn't know before how to do that
Finally after hours of trying I was able to design a clean and appealing UI. Next up add a note button and that's it
Finally wrapped up one of my headache projects. Spent the last few hours improving the enchantment algorithm and ended up rewriting the whole calculation from scratch. It was one of those projects that had me scratching my head for a while because I just couldn’t get it right before.
So I'm working on a sudoku project on which I want to make it as one the best sudoku game on web. I'm working on making an appealing UI with necessary features.
Currently I've rushed to push an devlog cause I've reached 10+ hr
Sudoku Master is a sleek, responsive web-based Sudoku game built with HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript. It features multiple difficulty levels, themes, notes, hints, and a timer for a complete puzzle solving experience.
Completed working on all the features just need to test if the enchantment cost are correct and then it's ready to upload
Just completed working on core features of minecraft calculator where we can calculate enchantment cost and it has potion helper where it shows how to do it along with command generator for beginners.
Just need to add more data for enchantment and potion and need to fix the responsiveness
Fixed the 'How to Play' button and the WASD key controls both were not working.
Fixed all the bugs, enhanced the UI, completely redesigned the tiles with beautiful sounds, and made the interface fully responsive and it's almost ready to push just to reorganise all the files and its done.
Just completed working on the project and fixed all the bugs, including the slow performance issues. Gave it a clean, well-designed UI. The only thing left is to add sound effects to the tiles and make them responsive currently, they don't scale properly on mobile. Will take care of that soon, and then it's ready to go!
I’ve started working on a Minecraft calculator the idea is to let players calculate the XP needed for enchantments, and maybe even add potion recipes down the line.
So far, I’ve only managed to design the UI (which is honestly pretty buggy and no proper css right now 😅), and I’m still figuring out the best way to approach the rest. That said, I’ll probably be putting this project on hold for a while but it’s definitely something I’d love to come back to later!
All-in-one Minecraft utility for optimizing enchantments, brewing potions, and generating commands.
Kicking off development on Echo Match! Planning a modern memory game where players match animated waveforms and sounds. Right now, setting up the project structure and experimenting with ideas for responsive UI, audio feedback, and smooth tile animations. Just laying the groundwork excited to see where it goes
The attachment uploaded below is not mine it's from internet, I wish I could have uploaded mine but mine Is currently into some issues and probably will take some time
Flip tiles to match unique waveforms and sounds in an ever evolving audio visual memory challenge
Finally completed the project! It was a real challenge, especially working through the memory mode. I struggled quite a bit figuring out how to add lighting around the ball as it moves. I also did my best to improve the shifting mode it's not perfect yet, but I’m hoping to keep refining it. Maze generation still needs work too, but I’m excited to improve that in the next updates.
Finally, after hours of figuring things out, I got the lighting to work around the ball wherever it goes, it now lights up beautifully.
Improved the UI, made the maze generation smarter, and added a moving maze to take things to the next level
Next: fix some bugs and probably polish the UI
Will you find your way through the darkness… or the ever-changing maze?
Successful implemented all the features I've planned and tried to make ui better as much as possible
Most of the core features have been implemented, and the application is now fully functional. A few additional features are planned, and there are some minor CSS improvements to be made to enhance the UI. Overall, the project is in good shape and progressing steadily toward completion
A fast-paced, web-based stacking game where timing is everything! Build the tallest tower by perfectly placing moving blocks.
This was widely regarded as a great move by everyone.
