Added YouTube notificaion funcionality, Add comments to clarify YouTube video check loop functionality, Fix notification channel variable name and improve message sending logic for new YouTube video alerts, Add countdown display for YouTube video checks and slash command to retrieve next check time, Removed slash command and cleaned up termanal output

Added slash command support and made it so when someone joins the server, they are welcomed and reminded to read the rules.

Setup the apis needed, added the bot to my server and created a simple hello command.

Created a player model for the player to use, and added simple prototype animations to the model for now. Prob won't finish this since the FBLA season is over.
