Final polishes and testing to ensure everything builds correctly with Jekyll.
Had to do some debugging as the deploy was failing in Vercel, turned out to be a problematic plugin. Replaced this plugin with some JavaScript code.

Originally created as a High Seas project in 2024 in plain HTML & CSS, CourseNotes V2 is powered by Jekyll, and is faster and more optimized than ever.
