i fixed some bugs and improved the orders page
i got sucked on two days in a row i could even post a single devlog ,sorry about that..
i learnt more about three js and understanded how it works a little bit but i'm still learning along the way so i made two pages one for a 3d visuallizer and the second page is a 2d i made it render without refresh kinda like react yes but it wasn't easy anyway i have some ideas too i want to make more that one 3d shape i will figure it and will do it i hope the project wont take longer than this
MUSIC YOU CAN SEE THE is a site I’m building where you drop your music — like from YouTube or whatever — and it turns that audio into a crazy 3D visualizer using Three.js. Plus, you can mess with shapes and colors, all updating in real time. It’s not just a player — it’s your music, but you see it.
-- Old Project -- I kinda haven't finished it yet, but it's working and functioning as it's supposed to. It's an e-commerce website with a lot of features, and I spent a lot of time building it. it's my first real big project so It's not the best thing you can vote for and I'm not a frontend developer, so don't expect much from the design part. The hosting server isn't stable so u can take a look at the github screenshots if the demo link was down
Here’s what I did again, in a short brief (again).
1.added animation to the search
2.worked on reducing the lag caused by rendering over 4000 topics which took so long while i was trying different approaches
3.added darkmode. (it's not shown in the video because i haven't added the button for it yet but i did the backlogic)
4.added more initial topics to the data
5.the last thing which took the longest time was fixing bugs i spend most the time trying to figure out where the problem was and trying to fix it lol.
I have so much hope in this, though I'm sure I won't be able to show all of ideas because it will take a long time executing them, so I just hope I will be able to come up with something useful.
here is what i did in a simple way
1.added a search bar with one extra page for the website
2.made the search bar functioning
3.Improved some of the backbone logic for fetching the data
4.fixing bugs and lag (still working on it )
5.handling the nodes linking better (still working on it too)
so the video doesn't show all the work i have done because most was fixing the code and trying to improve somethings but i'm still figuring it out
So i expanded the whole thing and i have a lot to improve from the css to animations but i was kinda experimenting with a lot of things and i returned back to using D3 instead of react three because it wasn't a good fit and it was complicated I'm hoping i will be able to do what i have in my mind. in these 10 hours i added features but they weren't any good so i didn't keep them and i was learning a lot of things along the way
i changed the whole code because of the zooming out and zooming in and dragging the screen and currently using react three instead of d3 and i'm still learning react three along the way It's not that easy but I'm trying my best there is a lot to be done i need to do the linking between nodes again and add the labels as well that's my next step
I just made the basic layout i will change it completely in the future i got the base and i will go on from here
So It's a website built on top of ai models to access any information, any topic and anything you can think of It's inspired by a website called every noise at once
It was supposed to be a static website for someone who is a dropshipping mentor, but he turned out to be a scammer so i haven't finshed the project yet lol. it's just a simple website and it looks fabulous (It's an old project that's why i only have 3 hours logged)
This was widely regarded as a great move by everyone.
