Added a loading screen, and a thing for it to load - to be precise, an events.json file that will contain events and their outcomes in the future.

Added header, also moved around things in the file structure.
Removed webstorm default images

The buttons are actually clickable now

I started off by using Webstorm's template, removing node-related features to make it purely static, altering the style to match a four-option choice and changing basic template text. The JS code remains unchanged yet.
