Devlog Update – Aug 2
Replaced default User model with a custom CustomUser using AbstractBaseUser.
Created and applied fresh migrations after resetting the database.
Successfully linked the Question model and ensured it reflects in the MySQL database.
I should have use the default django auth so cooked now
⚠️ Problem Faced:
CustomUser model didn't initially reflect in MySQL due to early migrations before setting AUTHUSERMODEL. Fixed by resetting migrations and recreating the database properly.
🎯 Devlog Update - Day 1 | Backend Setup Started!
Today, I began working on the backend of my SoM project AcceptOrExpect using Django. I successfully created the project and app, set up the home and Ask a Question views, and implemented a Django form to handle user-submitted questions. I also linked the HTML templates with Bootstrap and configured the admin panel to manage data. Feeling great to see my first form working and data being saved! ✅🔥
A people-connecting platform where users can ask questions or choose to answer them based on real experiences.

Now the site good to ship just changed all the previous things like reviews and about shop lines with the one piece relatable things and character lines the idea of new theme is a success.

Sorry guys I was not consistent on this project as i was busy in academic stuff but let's start this again working on one piece theme just completed the contact section and also changed the colour to test it also adding new images for new theme
Designed the testimonies section also added some animation on the menu section.
I have an idea to change the theme into a fully dedicated one piece theme so stay tuned.

Basic mechanics are in — more updates coming soon!
a simple but interactive and engaging game built using python. Used GUI tool Tkinter for UI
created menu and about section and working on its responsive styling
again this is not the final theme i am learning the things, will change the design later
Made the landing page responsive today 📱. Adjusted the layout using a media query at max-width: 900px to handle mobile and tablet screens smoothly ✅. The navbar now transforms properly on smaller screens, and I added a menu open ☰ and close ✖️ button for toggling the mobile menu. Fixed the earlier issue where both buttons were visible on large screens by adjusting the default visibility and using proper media query overrides 🧠. Everything scales better now — hero content stacks nicely and buttons stay accessible 🎯. Happy with how it feels on mobile, and it's ready for the next step 🚀.
Started working on this coffee-themed landing page today ☕. I built the hero section with a fixed navbar 📌, clean layout 🎨, and styled buttons . Used Google Fonts (“Poppins” and “Miniver”), CSS variables for consistency , and Flexbox for layout . Added a coffee splash image to the right and bold heading on the left 💥. Faced a small issue with a media query (missing space) but fixed it quickly . Might change the theme or idea later, but this is the progress so far .
A coffee shop landing page cum full site wth OnePiece theme for now creating while learning from this project iv'e learnt about a lot of things in css and html it really improved my core skills in web dev
Just finished building the project! It’s working the way I wanted, and I’m happy with how it turned out.
Now I’ll be going through it carefully, looking for anything that can be made better — whether it's small changes or useful improvements. Once I’m fully satisfied, I’ll get it ready to share properly.
Not rushing this final part — just want it to feel complete and good to use. More soon!
