Added argument handling, you can now do
--help (pretty obvious)
--song (search for a song)
nothing: list spotifetch stuff
Almost done, auth completed, fixing up small stuff with the install script (only for ubuntu)
TODO making .bat file for windows, fix the auth always asking for perms every time you boot up
