This repo documents my self-hosted home lab setup using Proxmox for virtualization and Kubernetes for container orchestration across 5–6 servers (including old Macs, Dell PowerEdges, and a custom PC). Includes VM configs, k8s manifests, automation scripts, and monitoring tools. Designed for learning and experimentation.
