I implemented the sharing and added github actions for automatic builds.

Web app is finished, now I can finally get back to developing and not crying over bad looking frontend. And I added a global ratelimit to stop any abuse.

I made the creation endpoint for the share api. *Absolute shit code, but it seems to work ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Don't mind the random picture, without a frontend there is nothing to show.

I finished the cli part and started with a backend to share/sync your clipboard.
