Added WASM for web, its finally done.

Currently added ROM selection menu to the UI, I will lastly implement WASM and publish.

Because of im not expert enough in Rust, i cant write NES emulator, its really really complex for me and it requires deep system knowledge, so i will just leave CHIP-8 emulator...

I couldnt find enough instructions for gameboy emulator to build and learn it, so instead i will make it Nintendo Entertainment System

Currently only the CHIP-8 emulator is working, but i will add gameboy soon...
