- Switched from per-project cache to global cache
- Refactor of files for better maintainability and readability

- Sped up the outdated checks, so now it went from ~~3.7x slower to ~~2.0x slower
Initial Startup of Lectern! Lectern is much faster than Composer in most ways but can be slower. I will be working on that to make Lectern faster!
