Project Creation Used AI

Add support for terminals that are smaller than what I normally use.

Changed demo link to be the latest release and added the demo video to the README

Input sanitisation has been added

There is a confirmation menu now, the main part of the project is done, now just bugfixing, input sanitisation, UI/UX improvements, and maybe optimisations. Also adding other types of projects if I find any.

We have project creation and confirmation! Just need the success or error screen... also probably input sanitisation, will look into that soon

Name and folder inputs are there, just need to implement confirmation and checking for errors

I have created a main menu, based off of the RataTUI JSON editor tutorial, but with my own UI design.
