I changed the SK6812MINI-E direction, so it won't be flipped now, also the battery connector for compatible with red-black wire.

Also forgot to mention, the LEDs’ traces, power traces were rerouted :D
Sorry for fewer devlogs, today we have good news
1. Firmware code was finished and compiled on GitHub Actions after hard work to fix the OLED & RGB 🥰
- My prototype PCB has arrived! yayyy, everything was soldered, except for the LEDs because the footprint was wrong 😭, but the matrix & OLED work ( RGB also works but flipped😓)
I'm currently rerouting the PCB trace to fix DRC errors and better look
OLED screen & knob cover finished
First PCB prototype failed (PCB manufacturer forgot to drill holes) 😭
Silkscreen changed a little bit(on my own version)
Case is modified a little bit, change screw hole size and case height
